Every garment undergoes a rigorous inspection process where we check for authenticity, structural integrity, and any signs of wear. We grade each item (Excellent, Good, or Fair) and list any specific flaws in the product description.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-5 business days for domestic orders. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for vintage clothing?
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in the same condition as received with all Thrifted.com tags intact. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I know if an item will fit me?
Since vintage sizing differs from modern standards, we provide exact flat-lay measurements (chest, length, waist, and inseam) for every listing. We recommend comparing these measurements to a similar garment you already own.
Are the clothes laundered before being sold?
Yes, all items are professionally steamed and sanitized before being listed. However, for delicate vintage fabrics, we recommend a gentle wash or professional dry clean according to the care label once your item arrives.
