At Thrifted.com, we want you to love your vintage finds, but we understand that unique pieces sometimes require a different fit. We offer a 30-day return window for all pre-loved items to ensure you shop with complete confidence.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Thrifted.com account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Thrifted.com security tags remain attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier service; once we receive and inspect the vintage item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
